Cesar Salazar

Manager - Since 2013

Cesar has been with our company since 2013. He began his career at Advance Auto and Pep Boys, before joining our staff. He has training in Auto Collision Repair and Basic Auto Repair. Cesar is also bi-lingual, a great asset to our staff, and happy to help determine your automotive service needs.

John Shenoy

Assistant Manager - Since 2017

John has over 6 years experience in the automotive industry. His background in both parts sales and as a service advisor provide a solid foundation for his position as one of our assistant managers. We are proud to have him as a member of our team and look forward to working with him in the years to come.

David Romero

-Took 3years of Auto Tech and Auto Body in high school
-Started working at a Subaru dealership as an entry-level Lube Technician right after high school for about a year
-came to work for our other location Lake Ridge Auto Care for 3 years growing as a lube tech to become a repair technician
-Went to a Honda dealership to become an apprentice for about 1 year
-Left Honda after completing the apprenticeship program and went to a Nissan dealership and worked to become a certified Nissan technician
-Specializes in Nissan
-Came to Quantico in 2019 and has been a great part of our team

Diego Charquierro

-Graduated high school and started working for a construction company in 2011 Maintaining and repairing construction equipment
-A year later went on to a diesel shop working on larger equipment/machines and oversized vehicles
-2 years later he started working as a mobile mechanic out of a service truck continuing working on heavy equipment and other machines and bigger-sized trucks
-He went to standard vehicles performing maintenance and repairs in 2016
-Started with our company at Lake Ridge Auto Care in 2018
-Was transferred to Quantico Tire & Auto Care in 2019
-Continued to improve himself as a technician over the next few years with us
-Deigo is now our Lead Technician
-Is skilled in diagnosing with quality repairs.
-Specializes in Fords.

Gilbert Velazquez

-First job as a host/server at Texas Roadhouse where he developed Customer service skills
-Worked at Subaru for 6 months as a porter and went to basic training as an entry-level lube technician
-Started At Quantico Tire and Auto Care in January 2023
-Has great customer service and is very personable
-Long-term goal grow as a service advisor to become a Shop manager

Donny Anderson

-Started with trade school after high school
-10 months at Lincoln Tech
-first job in the business at Sheehy Ford as an apprentice for 2 years
-Completed his apprenticeship and became a technician
-worked at a Firestone, Merchants, and Good Year over the next 7 years,
-Started working at our other location Lake Ridge Auto Care for about 10 years
-Moved on to another shop for about 12 years.
-came back to work for us here at Quantico Tire & Auto Care in November of 2023
-Donny Has 8 ASE Certifications and is an ASE Certified Master Technician

Melvin Ramirez

-Graduated high school and continued his education at NOVA
-Went on to a dealership as a porter and car washer
-Started with Lake Ridge Auto Care about 3 years ago as a General Service Technician.
-He began the process to become a licensed state and emissions inspector with Classes at NOVA
-He was transferred to Quantico Tire and Auto Care to continue his career path to become an inspector
-He has passed the Emissions test and is preparing to take his test for the State inspection license.

Jordan Selkregg

-Took Woodshop in high school
-First started at Jiffy Lube coming out of high school
-Worked at Jiffy Lube for 4 years as a Lube Tech and customer service representative
-Moved on to Valvoline as a Lube tech for a year
-Came to Quantico Tire & Auto Care 2022 and has become our lead General Service technician
-In pursuit of becoming an Inspector

Devin Gomez Romero

-Devin started his automotive career with Advanced working as a part salesperson and commercial sales for a year
-Moved on to working at Jiffy Lube as a customer service rep and Lube Technician for 1 year
-Came to Quantico Tire & Auto Care in 2022. Has grown a collection of tools and equipment to help further his career in the automotive industry
